Today’s podcast guest is Emerson Brooks. Do you remember those actors you used to see in the audition waiting room? You know the actor that you secretly check their IMDb from time to time...the actor that it’s always coming down to...you or them.
Well, you are going to love today’s talk with Emerson...my acting Nemesis. It’s more dramatic than it sounds, but Emerson and I would see each other in waiting rooms all the time. If he didn’t book it, I would book it. Or vice versa. This talk is so incredibly important because when you really start to understand that these other actors are NOT your competition -- that the industry just makes it appear that way...but, once you stop thinking that these people who are in your life as competition -- might just be in your life as your ally -- your world shifts.
